How to handle a shaking ceiling fan?
If your ceiling fan is shaking, remove the up canopy and check if the mounting bracket is loose. Ensure that the fan is installed correctly. If the bracket is loose, use a screwdriver to tighten the screws on it.
Can I use it with my existing dimmer switch?
No, a wall dimmer switch will reduce current and interfere with fan control. Replace the wall dimmer switch with an on-off switch. You may need to consult with an electrician.
Can the ceiling fan be used outdoors?
While the fan can work on a covered balcony, we do not recommend it for outdoor use.
Our ceiling is pitched. Can we install it?
The fan can be installed on a pitched ceiling with an inclination angle of no more than 15°. It is recommended to use a long downrod for installation.
Can we use the wall switch to control the brightness and speed of the fan light?
No, the fan cannot work with a Wall Switch that has speed control or dimmer function.
